This is the most recent version of the Guidebook. Suggestions and comments received as of 9.06 were considered. Contributor Requirements (to be defined by Deans and Directors) and Collection Maintenance: Future Issues need to be completed. Any volunteers on Collection Maintenance?

My comments are in blue--specifically details that need to be worked on.
